While running on the treadmill, working out on the elliptical machine, and lifting weights are all excellent forms of exercise, it is always a good idea to change up your workout routine by taking a class. Classes are a fantastic social experience where you and your friends can pursue your goals together! At Hot Fitness, we offer a wide range of classes to meet a variety of ﬁtness levels. From Senior and beginner classes, weightlifting to brutal cardio, yoga and self defense courses, there’s always something new for you to try at Hot Fitness.

Anyone can take a class at Hot Fitness, regardless of weight, ﬁtness level, or age. We offer both traditional classes and customized classes, so getting bored isn’t an option! From gentle stretching classes with resistance bands to highlevel intensity workouts with weights, we’re sure you’ll ﬁnd a class that addresses your needs. Beginners and Seniors: No matter the age or ability our beginner and senior class is a great place to begin improving stability in all your joints, improving the strength in your tendons, ligaments and muscles, and yes, even burning some calories. This class is a lot of fun and is always growing! Our favorite music is 50's rock but we will mix it up from time to time. Drop by and try it out for only $13 any Tuesday or Thursday at 6 p.m. and ask us about unlimited class membership rates!
Yoga: Our master in house yogi is always looking to add new members to our yoga sessions! Yoga involves slow movements, stretches, and poses. Yoga offers a number of health benefits, both mental and physical. Many individuals who practice regularly ﬁnd yoga helps to reduce stress, build muscle, and improve posture.
Join Connie Tuesday at 7 p.m. or Thursdays at 5 p.m. Drop in rate is $13 or ask about the unlimited class membership which includes all yoga sessions plus access to 36 other classes a month!
Beast: Our beast class is where men and women join forces to pump the iron. Personal Trainer Curtis Robinson leads a lifting session with high energy music and enthusiasm. This head to toe workout is a great way to learn the lifts and strategies to achieving your weight loss or bulking goals! Beast Classes are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Mornings at 8:15 a.m., and Wednesday evenings at 6 p.m. !
Brutal Cardio: Are you wanting to burn a ton of calories while dramatically challenging and improving your cardiovascular abilities? Brutal cardio is a diverse session of High Intensity Interval Training guaranteed to have you feeling like you are on the edge of maximum effort. Trainer Curt ( A U.S. Army veteran) leads a brutal and highly motivational workout reminiscent of his days in boot camp. Expect a high level of coaching and strong encouragement from the trainer that will push you to your very limits.
