No words can express how amazing Curtis is!. Not only have i got my life back but on a journey to better physical & mental health. None of anything I’ve accomplished this much be possible without Curtis & my gym best friends! My biggest advice is Curtis can not only help you achieve goals but is extremely good at educating you. I’ve learned so much about the benefits of lifting & healthier life style overall. Joining group was also amazing cause you have people who not only hold you accountable but are on same journey! Hot Fitness Gym in Cherokee, OK is an amazing facility with an incredible owner! I can’t express how much Curtis means to me and my family. Curtis goes above and beyond what I could have ever imagined, he is extremely passionate about helping all of his clients he works with, no matter what their goals are. He truly knows what he is talking about when it comes to nutrition and his workout plans, my husband and I have been with him for about 5 weeks and we have lost a combined total of 18.5″. If you need a awesome personal trainer that will make your dreams come true, Curtis is your guy! Curtis is very professional yet friendly and personable enough to make you feel comfortable. When I started class with him we filled out paperwork with height, weight, and goals. From this information, he personalized a workout plan as well as a nutrition plan for me, to help me most effectively reach my goals and track my progress along the way. Which, it was really nice to know that it wasn’t a cookie cutter program. He heard me when I said I was looking to build lean muscle and not just lose weight and adjusted my plan accordingly. With all the training, class hours, plans and the app, I feel like I got way more than I paid for and it was very encouraging to know he genuinely wants us to reach our goals. Curtis is an excellent personal trainer for sure. Thank you Curtis for all you do!

Amazing, quick results
I came to Curtis with zero experience with weights, absolutely none. I’ve done at home workouts before with much more than six weeks invested and I just wasn’t getting any where near I wanted to be. In six weeks I have seen more progress than ever. I couldn’t even do a push up when I started and now my strength, endurance, and my overall health is at an all time high! I’ve never been a runner before training with Curtis and in six weeks I can run five miles and feel better than ever! I am so extremely grateful for Curtis showing me just how great I can feel when I commit to getting in better shape and health! Thank you Curtis!
Impressed with the how fast I got my results!
When I met Curtis in 2017 I was in the worst shape of my life. I had lost 40 pounds on a crash course diet and then gained it all back plus 10 pounds. With my unhealthy lifestyle, lack of exercise and a stressful job I was well on my way to developing hypertension and type 2 diabetes. Curtis was looking for someone to be a “guinea pig” while he tested some programs, and quite frankly I didn’t have anything to lose. Fast forward 9 months and I’m in the best shape of my life. Curtis taught me about nutrition, supplementation, how to bulk, how to cut, and ultimately how to be independent with all of those things. From a client standpoint I am most impressed with the results that I have gotten in a short period of time and the growth I have received from Curtis both physically and mentally. From a health care professional standpoint I am most impressed with Curtis’ knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics allowing for the safe delivery of programs to his clients.
